Team Lead, Trainer - Aged AR

What do we need?
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and process driven Team Lead to lead "on the floor" training efforts for a designated service line. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in coaching and a desire to take on a leadership opportunity. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, prior training experience, and advanced understanding of the designated service line they will support.
What will you provide?
- Provide leadership and support to a team of individuals with multiple job functions
- Advanced understanding of claims analyst role to assist with the investigation and coordination of insurance benefits for claims dealing with Denials, Aged AR, and Complex Claims
- Resolve escalated accounts as quickly and accurately as possible, obtaining maximum reimbursement
- Perform quality checks on team members’ investigative and follow up activities in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct research, and review team member’s contact with patients, insurance companies, and/or attorneys
- Interact with staff at all levels
- Work with little to no supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
- Delegate work effectively while enduring workloads are evenly distributed
- Provide training and support to new and existing team members when necessary
- Conduct regular quality reviews of claims handled by team members
- Demonstrate high quality customer service skills
- Bring any client concerns to the attention of leadership and offer suggestions to resolve these issues
- Constantly strive to improve processes and team performance
- Lead and participate in department meetings
- Maintain confidentiality specific to protective health information and HIPPA compliance
- Review and disperse weekly status reports
- Assist in the interview process for new team members within a given service line
- All other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- One year of related work experience required, preferably with a background in Aged AR

The US base pay range for this position STARTS at $20.00 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
