Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will partner with the VP of Marketing and marketing team to drive go-to-market strategy and product positioning for our healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. This cross-functional role bridges the gap between product development and sales, ensuring our solutions effectively address healthcare providers' complex billing and reimbursement challenges.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine deep healthcare domain expertise with strong product marketing capabilities to drive growth in a dynamic market. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing industry trends and creating compelling customer-facing content while working collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team structure.  This position reports to our VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for revenue cycle management solutions, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Work with marketing team members to create integrated campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and company growth targets
  • Partner with product teams to gather deep market intelligence and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for healthcare providers
  • Assist in the development of high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, ROI calculators, and competitive battle cards
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimal 2-4 years of product marketing experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), preferably with a healthcare technology vendor or RCM services company
  • Demonstrated success launching and positioning B2B healthcare technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to be client interfacing
  • Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims management, denials, and payment posting
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with experience creating compelling product storytelling vision and voice
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a marketing team structure and cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing SaaS solutions to healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations affecting RCM (i.e.: HIPAA, No Surprises Act, Price Transparency, Artificial Intelligence)
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree
  • Healthcare industry certifications (HFMA, AAHAM)
