  • Ensure data lineage, classification, and governance through tools such as Microsoft Purview.
  • Design solutions compliant with HIPAA, supporting secure healthcare data handling across the ecosystem.
  • Assist in integrating Microsoft Access and legacy systems as needed during data migrations or backfills.
  • Participate in architectural discussions regarding Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data modernization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Databricks or other big data platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of EDI healthcare formats (e.g., X12 837/835) and payer-provider data structures.
  • Strong grasp of data warehousing principles, star/snowflake schema, and data lake architecture.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI integration.
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security practices.
  • Bonus: Exposure to AI-enhanced data pipelines or scripting for automation and quality monitoring.
