About Aspirion

Aspirion is an industry-leading revenue cycle management (RCM) company specializing exclusively in Revenue Integrity and Complex Claims - two categories that constitute the most complex and hard-to-manage receivables contributing to health system revenues today. Aspirion’s 160+ clients span all 50 states, and are some of the nation’s largest health systems and hospitals.

The business operates as a premium service provider within the Revenue Cycle Management industry ($110B US RCM Total Addressable Market (TAM), $30B US Outsourced RCM TAM). The tech-enabled platform and uniquely skilled teammate base allows Aspirion to build a strong moat around its client base, with client retention and sustained 60%+ organic growth. Aspirion’s solutions span Revenue Integrity (denials, underpayments and aged accounts receivables) and Complex Claims (those associated with motor vehicle accidents, worker’s compensation, Veterans Administration, out-of-state Medicaid, etc.). Aspirion’s proprietary cloud-based AI-enabled software platform drives strong operating productivity and is a key differentiator in the marketplace.

Backed by Linden Capital Partners since July 2022 and led by a best-in-class leadership team, Aspirion is driving ~25% CAGR toward its ambitious goal of $400M+ in revenue within two years. Positioned as a market leader at the intersection of healthcare and AI, Aspirion is transforming the traditionally service-oriented revenue cycle management industry by leveraging advanced AI technologies to replace manual processes with efficient, data-driven solutions that optimize financial outcomes for providers.
