What do we need?

Aspirion is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Healthcare Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will apply expert knowledge of payer contracts and leverage Boost’s proprietary data analytics to assess client financial health, uncover underpayment trends, and drive recoveries. You will be a key liaison between Boost and our clients, managing data engagements, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights with minimal supervision.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, client relationship management, technical skills (particularly in SQL and data handling), and the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What will you provide?

  • Use payer contract knowledge and Boost’s data analytics to assess client financial health
  • Identify and recover underpaid claims, including issues related to pricing, billing, rebilling, and follow-up
  • Uncover process inefficiencies and recommend client-specific improvements.
  • Track and prioritize high-value underpayment trends.
  • Manage and manipulate large sets of client data: import files, map contracts, and clean data.
  • Use SQL to review raw data, identify errors, and collaborate with clients and internal teams for resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity throughout all phases of client engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Boost and the client for all engagement sizes.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage invoicing, support IT/data setup, and respond to client needs.
  • Provide clear, timely updates and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Contribute to team motivation, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Share feedback, celebrate wins, and communicate effectively with leadership.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Continuously learn, develop skills, and share new ideas to strengthen the team.

Requirements

  • Analyze data to identify underpayments and financial recovery opportunities.
  • Work directly with clients to resolve billing/pricing issues and improve processes.
  • Manage large data sets, import files, and use SQL to clean and validate data.
  • Lead meetings, coordinate invoices and data requests, and communicate updates.

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or internship in a healthcare related field preferred
  • Healthcare operations experience preferred
  • Experience with healthcare payer contracts and revenue cycle
  • Proficiency in SQL and data handling
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

The US base pay range for this position starts at $27.00 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
