What do we need?
We are seeking an organized and proven Supervisor for our Zero Balance team. As a supervisor, you’ll apply your expertise in payer contracts, data analytics, and client relationship management to evaluate financial health, identify underpayments, and drive process improvements. You'll be a key connector between our internal teams and clients—delivering insights, resolving data issues, and supporting long-term success
What will you provide?
- Evaluate client financial data and recover under paid claims
- Analyze trends, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
- Manage client data imports, mapping and clean-up
- Use SQL to identify data issues and work with internal teams to resolve
- Coordinate client request, invoicing, meetings, and IT setups.
- Support leadership through mentorship, feedback, and communication.
- Adapt to evolving client needs, timelines, and business goals.\
- Timecard review within Paylocity
- PTO/flex time/OT approvals within Paylocity
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced knowledge of Excel
- Effective documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-directed and organized with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have private and dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing teams; ability to motivate and train staff
- Professional interests that align with the company mission and with the healthcare industry
- Strong initiative
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, client services, and data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities
- Minimum of three years Zero Balance Recovery experience
